This is for someone who feels uncared for and neglected

I am sending you a "Good Samaritan." The people you would have logically expected to help you saw your need and avoided you. Left you for dead. Talked about you. Judged you. Mocked you. Ignored your bleeding wounds. Wanted nothing to do with you. But I am sending you someone. May not be the expected. But this person will show you compassion, nurse your wounds and labor to ensure that you're fully restored. For I have heard your cry and seen your tears. And I am sending you someone to bring you out of your pain. Hold on.

It is written:

Exodus 3:7-10
7: Then the Lord told him, “I have certainly seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their cries of distress because of their harsh slave drivers. Yes, I am aware of their suffering. 8: So I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile and spacious land. It is a land flowing with milk and honey—the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live. 9: Look! The cry of the people of Israel has reached me, and I have seen how harshly the Egyptians abuse them. 10 Now go, for I am sending you to Pharaoh. You must lead my people Israel out of Egypt.”

Luke 10:30-35
Jesus replied, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he encountered robbers, who stripped him of his clothes [and belongings], beat him, and went their way [unconcerned], leaving him half dead. 31 - Now by coincidence a priest was going down that road, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. 32 - Likewise a Levite also came down to the place and saw him, and passed by on the other side [of the road]. 33 - But a Samaritan (foreigner), who was traveling, came upon him; and when he saw him, he was deeply moved with compassion [for him], 34 - and went to him and bandaged up his wounds, pouring oil and wine on them [to sooth and disinfect the injuries]; and he put him on his own pack-animal, and brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 - On the next day he took out two denarii (two days’ wages) and gave them to the innkeeper, and said, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, I will repay you when I return.’
